By accessing or using the RxFor.me platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. The Service is provided by RxFor.me and its affiliated healthcare providers. These terms govern your use of our telemedicine platform, including all consultations, prescriptions, and related services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You must be located in a state where we are licensed to provide telemedicine services. Our services are currently available in select U.S. states.

Our platform connects you with licensed healthcare providers for telemedicine consultations. These consultations are conducted asynchronously through our secure platform. Based on your consultation, our healthcare providers may prescribe medications if deemed appropriate. Prescriptions are sent directly to our partner pharmacy for fulfillment.

The Service is not intended to replace your relationship with your primary care physician or other healthcare providers. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Our healthcare providers will use their professional judgment to determine if treatment is appropriate for you. Not all patients will qualify for prescriptions.

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you receive. Payment is required at the time of checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a healthcare provider has reviewed your information. Medication costs and refund policies are subject to our pharmacy partner policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RxFor.me and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, including the sharing of information with healthcare providers and pharmacies as necessary to provide the Service.
