A study released today in New York, USA reported that women at optimum fertility are increasingly attracted to the smell of a man exuding high levels of testosterone levels. Data released in and proved in recent years has shown that fertility periods (ovulation cycles) greatly impact the preferences a woman has for a mate.  Data now shows that women in the fertile phase of their menstrual cycle will lean towards alpha male traits usually exhibited my men with high mail hormone levels (testosterone).
In this research report, patients were tested along the lines of whether a women’s mating scent preferences are impacted by the levels of testosterone and cortisol. Research shows conclusively that women are attracted to men with high levels of hormone cortisol during their furtile days.
In the study, volunteers (men) were provided clothing to wear at night that was impregnated with the scent of the testosterone hormone. Â Women were then asked to rate on a scale of 1-10 their preference for the scent.
